Bondi Bumps and Babies is our pre- and postnatal reformer workout. Support your change in body whilst feeling safe and strong throughout your baby journey with our specialized flows. Notes: Please make sure you have the all clear from your doctor before booking in. If you are unsure please contact us to book an initial consultation or for advice. Babies up to 4 months are allowed to join you for the Bumps & Babies flow, as long as they are not mobile yet. Please bring a little blanket and some toys for your little ones. After 4 months postpartum and with your doctor's clearance please feel free to book in our Bondi Balance or Bondi Burn classes.

60 Minuten Pilates auf der Matte. Wir trainieren entweder mit deinem eigenen Körpergewicht, mit Pilates-Kleingeräten (Magic Circle, Ball, Theraband, Spinefitter, etc.) oder dem Springboard. Jede Woche gibt es eine neue Stunde, damit es stets abwechslungsreich und fordernd bleibt. :)
