Train and ToneThis class is all about the BOOTY and ABS! Taking your classical 'T&T Pilates' class, and turning it into an intense legs and glutes and core workout! Our doors open 20 minutes prior to class, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starting time. Doors will be shut 5 after the starting time of the class, if you will arrive late please let us know, otherwise we cannot guarantee that you can take part in the workout. All of our classes are taught in English and most of them are designed for every fitness level; the trainer gives different variations of each exercise, which makes it suitable to every individual. Sequence: · Warm-Up (5 minutes): Start with an effective warm-up to activate your muscles and prepare for the upcoming intense exercises. · Core Intervals (10 minutes): Dive into dynamic Reformer exercises targeting your core and challenging your muscles. These intervals will improve your stability and strength. · Cardio Sprints (8 minutes): Experience short but powerful cardio sprints on the Reformer to boost your endurance. This phase will elevate your heart rate and burn calories. · Strength and Flexibility (5 minutes): Focus on targeted exercises to tone muscles while promoting flexibility. · Cool Down and Stretching (2 minutes): Conclude the class with soothing stretching exercises to elongate your muscles and enhance flexibility. Dynamic Reformer

JUNEOur signature class is a pilates inspired dynamic Reformer class that will help you improve your overall strength, flexibility and posture in no time. You'll soon experience the kind of feeling good that starts with a smile, sparks a positive chain reaction and touches every part of your life. Our doors open 15 minutes before class, no need to arrive much sooner as our trainers are busy with previous clients. But please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so you have enough time to change and start on time. Our doors are locked after the class has started. For safety reasons our trainers can't accept latecomers. We are a shoe-free studio. We kindly ask you to take your shoes off and leave them in the designated area or in your locker upon entering the studio. We recommend to wear grippy socks during class. Those can also be purchased at our studio shop. We have a strict no barefoot policy at JUNE. Please make sure to bring your socks (grip or non-grip) to class. We also offer rental socks for 2€ that will be washed after each use. Thank you for understanding!
