In unseren Flexibility Trainingseinheiten arbeiten wir mit verschiedenen Stretchingtechniken und Kräftigungsübungen intensiv an der Beweglichkeit des ganzen Körpers. Durch gezielte Muskelaktivierung während des Stretchings nehmen wir auf die Gelenkgesundheit Rücksicht und legen einen wichtigen Grundstein für die Verletzungsvorbeugung. Unsere Trainingseinheiten haben wechselnde Schwerpunkte und fordern sowohl AnfängerInnen als auch Fortgeschrittene gleichermaßen. Bereit deinen Flexibility Zielen näher zu kommen? Nicht nur (Pole-)TänzerInnen profitieren von unserem Flexibility Training. Jede/r, die/der ihre/seine Flexibilität erhalten oder steigern möchte – bis ins hohe Alter – ist bei uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Für diese Klasse benötigst du genug Platz für dich und deine Matte, bevorzugt auch eine freie Wand sowie ein kleines Handtuch, einen Faszienball/Tennisball/Lacrosseball, eine Decke, eine weiche Unterlage für deine Knie (z.B. ein Polster), eine(n) Yoga Strap/Gürtel/Hundeleine, zwei Yoga Blöcke/dicke Bücher, zwei leichte Gewichte/Konservendosen und einen Sessel. 15 Minuten vor Beginn der Online Klasse findest du bei deinen Buchungen auf Eversports den Link, über den du dich zu einem Zoom Meeting einwählen kannst. Wichtig ist, dass du eine starke Internetverbindung hast und dich mindestens 5 Minuten vorher einwählst, da unsere Trainerin deine Teilnahme bestätigen muss. TeilnehmerInnen, die zu spät online gehen, können leider nicht mehr bestätigt werden.
