It is an intense training full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve over all health and well being. Limited space, pre-register online. Studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the course. Use of showers and rental towels/mats are allowed. All courses begin on time. IHP Klassen finden in einem beheizten Raum von etwa 35 Grad Celcius und 40% Luftfeuchtigkeit statt. Es ist ein ganzheitliches Intensivtraining, welches entwickelt wurde, um Muskeln zu stärken, Flexibilität zu verbessern und um die allgemeine Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden zu verbessern.
